Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) Form

 
Parents and guardians can submit a form for Granville Schools to consider a family vacation as an excused absence under our Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) policy.  Students can be approved for a maximum of 5 days of ALE excused absences per year.  Y

ou can fill out one form for all students in your family, with a maximum of 5 student slots available in this form.  If more students are required, fill out a second form for any remaining students.  

Forms need to be submitted 10 days in advance of the student absences.  Forms may be rejected if students have excessive absences, poor academic standing, or the vacation dates are during state mandated testing windows.
