Granville Exempted Village Schools is pleased to share that the district recently completed a refinancing of existing bonds, securing a new all-in interest rate of 4.03%, which represents a net-present value savings of 5.47% over the previous rate, and will result in a total savings of $776,262 for taxpayers over the life of the bonds.
